Carpe Delta Limited is a data consulting firm founded by Felicity Carpenter.
With over 20 years of experience across the aviation, energy, banking, and transport sectors, Felicity brings deep expertise in analytics, data-driven strategy and digital transformation.
Her career spans senior consultant, management and implementation roles in both New Zealand and the UK and has a track record of demonstrating how data can enable confident, real-world decision-making. She is passionate about simplifying processes, building capability and helping teams use data and AI well.
